We collect the following data:

• Identity data: name, email address, profile picture (via Google or Discord)
• Vinted data: session tokens, username, avatar, listings, messages
• Payment data: handled by Stripe — we do not store your banking information
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is used to:

• Provide and improve the Service
• Manage your account and subscription
• Run configured automations (re-listing, follow-ups)
• Communicate with you (support, updates)

4. Legal basis

Processing of your data is based on contract performance (provision of the Service) and your consent at registration.

5. Retention period

Your data is retained for the duration of your use of the Service. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days, unless legal retention obligations apply.

6. Data sharing

Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with:

• Stripe: for payment processing
• Neon: for secure storage
• Cloudflare: for file hosting (images)

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption of sensitive data, secure connections (HTTPS), restricted database access.
